Bad Rock B&B is a non-smoking facility. Please read the policies prior to making a reservation. Entire Bed & Breakfast facillity rental (minimum two nights) Please call.
Bad Rock B&B Accommodation Policy
Deposit
Reservations require a 50% deposit by check or credit card. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Bad Rock B&B. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request. Any deposit refund will incur a 5% penalty for all credit cards amounts previously billed.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel prior to 30 days of the check in date, the full amount of your stay will be billed to your credit card. No changes are allowed within 30 days of the check in date or after check in. No return of deposit or additional charges is available within 30 days of check in date unless we re-rent the room. A 5% penalty is charged for all refunds. If you cancel before 30 days of check in date a 5% penalty will be charged for any refund. To avoid loss of your deposit and/or room charges, we recommend you insure your visit with a reputable travel insurance company.
Pet Policy
Although we do not allow visiting dogs to stay in our home or cabins, there are local kennels.
